As a Skiptown Facility Supervisor , you’ll oversee the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our entire space running smoothly. From managing cleaning schedules to coordinating maintenance and safety checks, you’ll make sure the facility is always ready for our pups, clients, and team. You’ll also support and lead our Overnight Skippers and cleaning team, ensuring high standards are met every shift. What You’ll Do Lead and support our overnight and facility cleaning teams Make sure every space, from play areas to restrooms, is spotless and well-maintained Identify and fix facility issues quickly, coordinating repairs as needed Conduct regular safety checks and document any hazards or maintenance needs Track and order cleaning supplies and equipment, keeping inventory under control Communicate with leadership about facility updates and priorities You Might Be a Perfect Fit If: You're detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility. You have a proactive mindset and enjoy identifying maintenance needs before they become larger issues. You're comfortable performing basic repairs and coordinating larger maintenance projects with vendors when needed. You're a natural problem-solver who stays calm and focused under pressure. You're organized and can manage multiple priorities, from preventative maintenance to inventory and team support. You're comfortable working around pets, cleaning chemicals, and in varying indoor/outdoor conditions. Bonus if You Have: Experience in facilities, janitorial services, or operations leadership Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a pet care or hospitality environment Vendor management or basic maintenance coordination experience Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working with cleaning equipment Tolerance for pet hair, dirt, and occasional messes What We Offer Free VIP Membership to Skiptown Cha-Ching Fridays!
