Our mission is to empower girls through leadership experiences, skill-building opportunities, and community involvement.We are currently seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-focused Director of Development and Community Relations to lead GSAK's fundraising efforts and strengthen our relationships throughout the Alaska community.This position is responsible for developing and executing GSAK's overall fundraising strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities, cultivating and stewarding donors and community partners, securing grants and corporate sponsorships, and planning and leading fundraising events. The Director personally manages the organization's development efforts and is accountable for achieving established fundraising goals.The Director also serves as GSAK's strategic liaison with our external marketing firm, ensuring that marketing priorities, campaigns, communications, and organizational messaging support GSAK's fundraising, membership, community engagement, and overall strategic goals.As part of our dynamic and passionate team, you will join a group of individuals committed to ensuring that girls across Alaska have the opportunities and support they need to thrive.At Girl Scouts of Alaska, we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial security.
