Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time Title Examiner will examine public records and titles to determine the legal condition of property titles while working remotely. Key responsibilities Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess liabilities and the legal condition of property titles Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company procedures Performs various support functions to assist in departmental processes Required qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 0-2 years of related work experience Familiarity with public records and title examination processes
