IT Project Manager Senior

Freddie Mac's SF Digital Client team is seeking a contingent worker for a period of 3 to 6 months. The worker should have proven experience as a Project Manager Senior and be able to quickly learn our business & IT processes. This worker will be a part of a team with an immediate need to organize, manage, execute project in migrating the current learning site to cloud base platform.

The CW candidate will:

• Work with Subject Matter Experts, Business Leads, technical application developers, other team project managers/Scrum Masters and execute project in timely manner successfully.
• Organize, facilitate, and participate in cross-functional working sessions and status update meetings
• Work independently or with a team to analyze, develop and deliver project management artifacts (tracking spreadsheets, documentation, summary status updates, etc.)
• Executing projects using Agile methodology, software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Integrate our work with a Modern Delivery/Agile team structure
• Strong experience in project management processes:
• Budget management and resource management
• Communication
• Risk management
• Scope and change request management
• Schedule management
• Internal controls and quality management
• Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills
• Good organization, presentation and customer service

Qualifications:

• College Degree
• Typically has 5+ years of experience
• Proven Project management skills, preferably Agile SM certified
• Knowledge in content management and learning systems
• Experience collaborating with other internal and external project team members
• Skilled at communicating at high-level, with ability to also explain detailed requirements
• Knowledge in Agile and IT change management tools (such as JIRA, GIT, BitBucket etc)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while providing informative updates to management team.
• Ability to communicate clearly, ask clarifying questions, and stay on top of project updates and timelines
• Ability to focus and be productive with short timelines
• Well-organized, dependable, assertive, and goal oriented.
