HVAC and Plumbing General manager | $80K-120K BASE plus Performance-Based Commissions | Growth Opportunity | Grand Junction, CO

Open to Qualified Candidates Willing to Relocate

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
Lead, mentor, and support HVAC Technicians and Installers to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Maintain and promote high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Coordinate and manage a variety of residential and commercial HVAC projects
Support company growth initiatives and uphold company values of professionalism and teamwork
Oversee daily business operations, including financial performance, budgeting, workforce management, and overall profitability.
Drive revenue growth by monitoring KPIs, improving operational efficiency, and implementing strategic business initiatives.
Lead and develop teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service and retention.

Qualifications

5 - 10 years of leadership experience in operations management, preferably within HVAC, plumbing, home services, construction, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC operations, including residential and commercial projects
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and supportive work environment
