Job Details

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate/Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced team.

This position will be fully on-site.
Hours: 5am to 130pm
Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:

• Operate sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the facility safely.
• Perform grinding and deburring to remove surface imperfections.
• Clean and prepare manufactured parts for inspection and shipment.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and specification of compliance.
• Sort, stack, and move materials within production areas.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and facility upkeep, including assembling workstations, tables, and chairs, changing light bulbs, and supporting equipment maintenance activities.
• Assist with routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to support production efficiency.
• Maintain clean workspaces while supporting daily production operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience performing basic preventive maintenance, facility upkeep, and assisting with machine maintenance activities.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand and power tools safely.
