Associate Director, Outcomes Research - Lung Cancer

Associate Director overseeing real-world and health economic evidence generation for lung cancer products at various development stages. The role involves designing studies, developing reimbursement dossiers, and collaborating cross-functionally to support market access and regulatory decisions globally.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage prospective and retrospective observational studies characterizing disease burden, treatment patterns, and healthcare costs
- Develop AMCP dossiers for US payers and Global Value Dossiers for HTA submissions and reimbursement decisions
- Lead cross-functional outcomes research teams and represent evidence needs across clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions
- Conduct study contracting, budget management, and vendor oversight for research execution
- Present outcomes research findings at scientific conferences and author publications in peer-reviewed journals
Requirements
- Master's degree (MSc, MPH) in health services research, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience with master's degree or 1 year with doctoral degree
- Proficiency in epidemiology, real-world evidence, observational study design, and outcomes research
- Strong background in health economics, pharmacoeconomics, and meta-analysis methodology
- Demonstrated expertise in scientific writing, data presentation, and stakeholder communication
- Experience with study protocol development, patient-reported outcomes, and retrospective/prospective analysis
Compensation: $156,900–$247,000 base
