Material Handler
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping and receiving activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Braselton, GA
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 1st 7am-3:30pm
What's the Job?
- Review shipping orders and locate products within the warehouse
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
- Prepare inventory for shipment, including banding and shrink-wrapping pallets and attaching shipping labels
- Process shipping orders using computerized systems
- Maintain a neat and organized warehouse inventory on racks
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience as a Shipper/Receiver or similar role
- Current and valid forklift operator license
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
