Occupational Therapist (PRN)

Role: Occupational Therapist in Home Health Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, activities of daily living, and occupational therapy needs in accordance with state laws and the plan of care Use evidence-based techniques within scope of practice and coordinate with healthcare team members Document patient responses, monitor changes, and communicate with physicians and nurses about patient progress Conduct patient assessments to determine functional ability using diagnostic and prognostic tests Provide care in diverse home environments, regardless of patient demographics Qualifications & Skills Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the practice state Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation Preferred: ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and possess strong communication and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience and location, with additional benefits such as comprehensive insurance, incentive programs, stock options, and retirement plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northshore Home Health Care
