Job Description Nossa equipe de Vendas apoia nossos clientes fornecendo informações clínicas sobre produtos, informações educacionais, programas de treinamento clínico e recursos. Apoiamos os provedores de assistência médica e os sistemas de assistência à saúde atendendo às metas dos pacientes em suas comunidades. Objetivo da posição Geração de demanda de vacinas no mercado privado através da visitação médica de maneira presencial e remota, bem como gerenciamento do território para buscar novas oportunidades de negócio. Principais Responsabilidades Gerar demanda em vacinas privado, bem como desenvolver negócios de sua responsabilidade seguindo as estratégias estabelecidas; Visitação presencial e remota aos médicos do painel e outros stakeholders do negócio; Execução do plano tático de negócios alinhado com as normas, procedimentos e compliance da nossa empresa; Atingir as metas estabelecidas para o território, incluindo demanda, participação de mercado, visitas aos médicos e aos profissionais de saúde; Promover as informações dos produtos através de comunicação adequada ao cliente e seguindo as estratégias estabelecidas por Marketing e Vendas; Desenvolver planejamento de negócios no seu território, alinhado aos objetivos quantitativos e qualitativos do distrito e Brasil; Gerenciamento stakeholders e mapeamento de rede de influência para o negócio de demanda; Manter registros precisos das visitas médicas e relatórios de despesas, enviando periodicamente nos prazos estabelecidos; bem como saber utilizar base de dados para um melhor entendimento da sua performance junto ao seu gestor; Trabalhar em time de maneira multifuncional para atingimento de objetivo comum; Organização e implementação de eventos educacionais com médicos e profissionais de saúde; Disponibilidade para setor de viagem. Requisitos Educação: Superior completo; Desejável pós-graduação; Idiomas: desejável inglês intermediário; Conhecimentos: Análise de auditorias do segmento; MS Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint); visitação remota; Habilidades: Comunicação clara e organizada, execução e foco no atingimento de metas e resultados, planejamento estratégico, abertura para mudanças e transformação digital. Experiência: Ser profissional com experiência no mercado, preferencialmente em vacinas e/ou ginecologia. Região de atuação: ABC Paulista e Alto Tietê.
