Electrical Engineer

Your expertise will be essential in enhancing the reliability and performance of power systems. This role will also contain some Project Management & Product Development responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and troubleshoot power electronic systems and components, including converters, inverters, PCBAs, power controllers and power supplies.Provide client support and production support from an engineering standpoint for the HDR line of products including power controllers and plasma power sources.Lead research initiatives to enhance existing technologies and explore innovative solutions.Conduct testing to resolve technical issues related to PCBAs and power electronics during various stages of product development and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as purchasing, QA, and manufacturing.Create and review technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and test plans.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics.A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the electrical or electronics industry.A solid understanding of inverters, transformers, and PCBA components.Proven experience in designing and developing PCBA and/or power electronic systems and components.Knowledge of power semiconductor devices, such as IGBTs, SCR’s, capacitors, and diodes, and their application in various power conversion topologies.Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.Experience with hardware design and circuit prototyping.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.A strong desire to learn and contribute to innovative electrical solutions.
