Strategic HR & Compliance Leader
Micas Networks
Micas Networks seeks a hands-on Head of HR & Compliance to drive all HR operations for a fast-growing technology startup. You will lead recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, benefits, and HRIS data while shaping policies and compliance across the company.
You'll partner with executives, Finance, legal counsel, and external advisors to manage employment law compliance (CA focus), audits, training, and records retention, ensuring scalable, ethical, and transparent people processes.
