We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our company at our Longview, WA branch to cover the sales territory.

Role Description  The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time position with an annual salary plus commission. This position is responsible for visiting existing and potential customers, presenting product solutions, and identifying opportunities for new business. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, following up on leads, and managing a territory to meet sales goals. The role involves building strong relationships with customers through regular communication, on-site visits, and responsive service to address product needs and resolve issues. The Outside Sales Representative collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain product knowledge, and support customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including New Business Development.
• Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Service to maintain and grow accounts.
• Effective Communication skills, for working with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in outside or field sales, preferably in industrial, construction, or hardware products.
• Ability to manage a sales territory, prioritize visits, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Comfort working in customer facilities and job sites, with a focus on safety and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license
