Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging recreational activities for residents, including games, exercises, arts and crafts, and social events
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and internal departments to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
• Assist with daily care and supervision of residents, including assisting with daily living activities and reporting any concerns or issues to management
• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback to track program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive and person-centered approach to care and services
