Job Description
The Leasing Agent is responsible for assisting prospective residents, leasing apartment homes, and providing excellent customer service to current and future residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet prospects, answer leasing inquiries, and conduct apartment/community tours.
- Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email.
- Assist applicants throughout the application and move-in process.
- Prepare leases, renewal documents, and other resident paperwork.
- Assist with resident questions, requests, and concerns.
- Help market available apartments through social media, online listings, and outreach.
- Maintain knowledge of current availability, pricing, specials, and community amenities.
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident retention.
- Support the Property Manager with daily office operations and other duties as assigned.
