Benefits Analyst

TBG is partnering with amazing global professional services organization with 1200+ employees seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their team hybrid in NYC. Salary: $80-$100K + bonus (discretionary) + comprehensive benefits offerings.
Responsibilities:
-Handle employee benefits inquiries
-Process employee benefits changes via Workday -
-Vendor invoices
-Benefits data administration
-Benefits audits
-Benefits reconciliation & reporting
-Benefits testing and open enrollment process
-Troubleshoot any benefits issues via HR Systems
-Coordinate benefits wellbeing events
-Benefits compliance
-Provide back-up support for leaves administration
-Ad hoc benefits duties & projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree
-3+ years of benefits administration
-Advanced Excel
