Driver - Utility Underground Construction

We're currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our growing team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials, and crew members to and from job sites. You will also assist with general labor and job site support as needed. Preferably a Spanish-English speaking individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide your own vehicle to arrive at the job site daily.
• Drive and operate the company truck to pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies for underground utility crews.
• Load and unload equipment, including handholes, conduit, and other materials.
• Shovel and spread gravel, load dirt into trailer, and assist with backfilling and clean-up tasks.
• Perform site restoration, including grading, minor landscaping, and debris removal as needed.
• Communicate with foreman and crew leads to ensure timely delivery and support on-site operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of company vehicles and equipment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of utility construction materials is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
