Key responsibilities you'll embrace include:- Conducting physical demands and ergonomic risk analyses for diverse industries and work environments.
- Utilizing ergonomic assessment tools and digital human modeling software to perform in-depth analyses and generate detailed client reports.
- Identifying, prioritizing, and recommending effective solutions to mitigate ergonomic risks.
- Leading specific project teams and contributing to the development of ergonomic standards and specifications.
- Engaging closely with clients to communicate findings and drive continuous improvement in workplace ergonomics.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial ergonomics, preferably within manufacturing or related sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Movement Science, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline.
- Certifications such as Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), Associate Ergonomist (AE), or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles, presentations, and professional documentation.
- Proficiency in ergonomic analysis tools including NIOSH guidelines, Liberty Mutual Tables, ACGIH HAL-TLV, RULA, REBA, and Digital Human Modeling software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within the U.S., with potential for global assignments.
- Work environments include both office settings and manufacturing plant floors.
- Flexibility to work outside of typical office hours as project needs arise.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
