About the Position

• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Approximately 12–15 cases per day per CRNA
• Outpatient GI/Endoscopy procedures
• Autonomous CRNA team with self-scheduling
• Current team includes 1 full-time permanent CRNA
• CRNAs work with a designated lead and report to physician leadership
• No in-house Chief Anesthesiologist

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Pennsylvania RN licensure
• Current CRNA certification
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize workflow and manage time constraints
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and clinical needs
• Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and other members of the healthcare team
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
