You will diagnose revenue dysfunction and engineer the fix. The mandate. Lead diagnostic engagements mapping the full commercial architecture of client organizations Design revenue system blueprints addressing pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion simultaneously Translate intelligence outputs into strategic recommendations with clear implementation paths Facilitate executive workshops with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders Build and present Revenue Architecture deliverables Mentor junior strategists and contribute to methodology evolution The evidence. 6+ years in revenue strategy, management consulting, or commercial transformation Deep fluency in B2B revenue systems — pipeline mechanics, conversion optimization, retention architecture Experience presenting to C-suite audiences Ability to operate across sales, marketing, product, and customer success Strong analytical foundation with exceptional communication Bias toward architecture over advice — you build systems not slide decks Why QNT/L This is not a consulting role where you hand off a PDF and disappear.
