This role is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, stays organized, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating client and vendor service requests. Key Responsibilities Dispatch Communicate with clients and vendors by phone and email regarding active service requests. Coordinate with vendors in the company network and dispatch them to client job sites. Support service needs across retail stores, warehouses, and other commercial locations. Coordinate bulk junk removal and recycling jobs while maintaining accurate, timely communication. Manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced operations environment. Client Success / Dispatch - Night Team Manage assigned jobs from beginning to end, including client communication, pricing, vendor coordination, dispatch, and follow-up. Provide clear status updates and ensure each job is completed accurately and professionally. Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through responsive, solutions-focused service. QualificationsQualifications Professional, well-spoken, and confident when communicating by phone and email. Able to work quickly, stay organized, and manage competing priorities. Strong customer service, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. Experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, client success, waste/recycling, facilities services, or a similar industry is preferred.
