What we offer Psychologists: Fee For Service Productivity Model - W2 The ability to work closely with adults and the child/adolescent populations. Strong work/life balance. Compensation Range $115,000 - $135,000, compensation model based on productivity. Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists that are: Fully licensed and credentialed in Illinois or in process of taking full license exam in Illinois; including a Ph.D. or Psy.D. Ability to provide full-time therapy-only $115,000 - $135,000 a year LifeStance provides the compensation range and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
