Job Description A Biosciences company based in San Diego is seeking a Business Process/Process Excellence Analyst to join their team. The Process Analyst is a key member of the Value Management Office (VMO), responsible for designing, standardizing, and optimizing VMO processes to enable measurable business value. This role ensures that how work gets done - intake, prioritization, governance, and execution - drives efficiency, transparency, and alignment to strategic outcomes. The position plays a central role in shifting the organization from project execution to value realization, emphasizing outcomes over outputs.
