Responsibilities Help patients get their power back by designing rehab services, creating plans, and working with patients to execute those plans. Address the whole patient and see them as an individual; design a program to restore, reinforce, and enhance speech and communication abilities. Adapt to patient needs and find joy across varying settings. From cleaning equipment to reporting to meetings, thrive in a dynamic daily environment. Collaborate with peers, make referrals, and provide referrals to help patients receive needed care. Qualifications A Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or similarly‑titled area accepted by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association.
