Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions for clients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and relational issues, utilizing evidence-based approaches. \n
- Collaborate with medical professionals to report on patient progress, discussing treatment needs, concerns, and potential issues affecting care. \n
- Maintain meticulous and timely clinical records, including detailed progress notes, in accordance with organizational standards. \n
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge strategies based on thorough psychosocial assessments and social work interventions. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed, assessing client needs and determining appropriate treatment responses to safety concerns. \n
- Engage in consultations with clients’ families and support systems to coordinate treatment and discharge plans effectively, ensuring continuity of care. \n
As a Senior LMFT, you will be working with a varied patient population, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will be critical in developing strategies that address both individual and systemic issues affecting clients' lives.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required. \n
- An active LMFT license in the state of Washington or equivalent licensure. \n
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential. \n
- Proficient in electronic documentation systems, with strong skills in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and electronic medical records. \n
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills. \n

- Experience utilizing various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques. \n
- Previous experience in a similar private practice environment is highly desirable. \n
This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
