Someone who will assume full responsibility for planning requirements and supply chain management to ensure timely (scheduled) deliveries of goods and services within budget and/or standard costs. They must be prepared to rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategic ProcurementAssistSourcingTeam in developing andexecutepurchasing strategies for raw materials, components, and services used in reconstructive hip, knee, and shoulder implantsCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and optimize inventorySupplier ManagementIdentify suppliers aligned with Enovis’ innovation and compliance standardsAlong with the Sourcing Team,managesupplier relationships to ensure reliability and cost-efficiencyCompliance & QualityEnsure all procurement activities comply with FDA regulations and internal/external regulatory requirements Monitor supplier performance and assist Quality in conducting audits as neededCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with operations, R&D, Sourcing and finance teams to support product development and launch timelinesReporting & AnalyticsDevelop and track KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance metricsUse ERP systems to maintain accurate purchasing records and generate reportsMinimum Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field5years of purchasing experience in medical device manufacturing or high-tech industriesStrong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and healthcare compliance standardsProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skillTravel Requirements:Up to 25%Desired Characteristics:CPSM or CPM certificationFamiliarity with orthopedic implant materials (e.g., titanium, cobalt-chrome alloys)Passion for innovation and continuous improvementCurrently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
