A Springfield, Oregon manufacturing company specializing in custom strut and roll-forming products used in the electrical, plumbing, industrial, and solar industries. The company operates two local plants with approximately 90 employees and has been under the same ownership and management since 1987.

Roll Form Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $17.25 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )
- Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 02:30pm to 01:00am)
- Set up and operate roll-forming machinery
- Adjust machine settings to maintain production and quality
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects
- Load and set up uncoilers and stack/label finished parts
- Spot weld strut pieces as needed
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and make adjustments
- Maintain accurate production counts
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Roll Form Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
