Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and couple therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote mental well-being.

• Collaborate regularly with colleagues during staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one supervision sessions with clinical leaders.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals with clients and consistently track their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services as required, effectively adapting to clients' diverse needs, especially those facing mobility challenges.

• Stay informed of best practices in the field and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse client population including adults, children, and adolescents. Whether addressing issues arising from individual challenges, relational dynamics, or family systems, your approach will help facilitate healing and growth. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a full license in the State of Georgia as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

• A deep commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000, along with a sign-on bonus for new hires.
