TheMerchandiseHOH (Heart of House) Lead Cast Memberisresponsible forproviding direction to Cast Members in their group, operation, or function and may perform the same duties as other Cast Members. You’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in creating magical experiences for Guests and supporting fellow Cast Members. This position focuses on efficient inventory movement, stockroom organization, and replenishment of merchandise to the sales floor, all while upholding the highest standards of guest service and teamwork. Location: Disney Character Warehouse, Tampa Premium Outlets in Tampa, FL Responsibilities : Serve as an extension of leadership by supporting daily operational needs, including all duties and responsibilities of the Merchandise Sales Assistant Holdresponsibilities, including opening, closing, and securing the location Lead and manage Cast Members on a day‑to‑daybasis to ensure smooth operations and consistent guest service Assistwith monitoringCast execution of Visual Merchandising standards using guidelines provided in delivery, markdowns, recovery and replenishment, and Stage moves, including checking correct POS Sets priorities and manages time effectively and efficiently Representsthe Disney Brand, leading by example to provide Guests with Magical Experiences Actively approaches guests in a warm and friendly manner,listensand asks questions toidentifyand meet Guests’ needs Keeps up to date with Disney Knowledge through use of store tools and resources, encourages team to do the same, and builds team knowledge through effective training Tailorstheir approachtoeach Guestandlearnsquickly when facing new requests or challenges, using information to find solutions remembering the Most Important Policy and to always put the Guest first Assists Store Management team to ensure store’s total compliancetoDisney Policies, Store OperatingProceduresand local employment law (including Health and Safety Procedures, Loss Prevention, and cash handling) Ensures integrity of the brand by monitoring and maintaining Disney Look guidelines and standards of behavior Processes delivery in a fast andaccuratemanner following all guidelines and achieving process goals Achieves shrinkage results and ensures accuracy when completing Stock Inventory Counts and tasks Unload inventory from delivery trucks and transfer items to designated stock areas following FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices Maintain clean, organized stockrooms, ensure merchandise is replenished on the sales floor, and reset displays as needed Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, bailers, and high-reach tools (training provided); may drive company vehicles Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems Demonstrate flexibility and strong memory skills to follow verbal instructions Basic Qualifications : Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid U.S. driver's license Job may require lifting boxes that weigh up to 45 lbs.
