Responsibilities Provides hands‑on assistance, instruction, and training to individuals which will enable them to develop and/or acquire skills in various aspects of daily living which may include communication, social, recreational, and leisure activities, self or personal care, household management, travel, work‑related or vocational opportunities, money management, etc. in accordance with an individualized plan of service, and following all safety considerations. Provides training opportunities designed to enhance each person's self‑sufficiency in the areas of independent living Promotes agency mission, vision, and values.
