Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for problem-solving? We are seeking an experienced Deductions Analyst to join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working onsite from Tuesday to Thursday, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds.

As a Deductions Analyst, you will manage the day-to-day research, investigation, communication, processing, and resolution of customer deductions. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and developing support to issue credit or debit memos, handling exceptions to agreed terms, and attending meetings to discuss deduction resolutions. Your expertise will help identify causal factors and develop processes to eliminate or resolve issues, ensuring deductions are resolved to avoid write-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in deductions management, accounts receivable, customer claims, cash applications, or related finance functions.
• Experience reconciling invoices, customer accounts, and payment discrepancies.
• Advanced reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar financial systems.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
