We are looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time provider (24-40 hours weekly) to join our team at the Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $58 to $62, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap. ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.
The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This role is essential in fulfilling our mission at AlignMed Partners to enhance the lives we serve through high-quality healthcare and compassionate care.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. For nurse practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For physician assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is necessary, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also required.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where practice regulations permit, APRNs must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required.
