This position is remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while also having access to our outpatient office in Mercer Island for in-person sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client challenges.

  • Monitor client progress continuously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care and positive outcomes.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to provide coordinated care for clients.

  • Engage in regular supervision sessions and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

  • Document client progress accurately and timely, focusing on therapeutic outcomes while minimizing paperwork burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health issues, predominantly focusing on mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

  • Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to apply them effectively in therapy sessions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience working with mood disorders and implementing therapeutic strategies for recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
