Your Mission . Own and convert qualified opportunities into revenue while building trusted, long-term corporate client relationships.

Xe offers a competitive salary and benefits package ranging from $70,000-$90,000+. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Your Mission . Own and convert qualified opportunities into revenue while building trusted, long-term corporate client relationships.
- Manage opportunities end-to-end from discovery through onboarding and first trade.
- Run structured discovery to understand FX exposure, payment flows and risk management needs.
- Lead solution positioning, pricing discussions and deal conversion.
- Partner with Dealers, Credit and Compliance to execute deals efficiently and compliantly.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Represent Xe at events, webinars and partner activities as required.
- 3+ years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
- Working knowledge of global markets, interest rates and their impact on the FX market highly preferred.
- Ability to utilize technology to broaden the reach of the lead generation activities and identify buyers' intent through the conversion funnel.
- Confidence engaging business owners, CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
- Strong commercial discipline and ability to progress deals through the full sales cycle.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to listen, discover needs and articulate value.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage activity, pipeline and reporting.
- High ownership, resilience and a collaborative, team-first approach.
- First-time trades (FTTs) and new revenue generated.
- Opportunity-to-close conversion rate.
- Pipeline health, forecasting accuracy and CRM quality.
- Quality and speed of onboarding through to first trade.
