Love + medicine Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full‑time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join the Healthy Living Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The role primarily serves orthopedic patients and collaborates with the broader Emplify Health and YMCA teams to provide community‑based care and exercise programs. What You’ll Do Develop plans of care and deliver treatment techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function for orthopedic patients. Collaborate with referring providers and clinical staff to ensure optimum patient outcomes through timely communication and treatment. Guide patients into community‑based exercise programs at the YMCA while maintaining optimal results. Work within a 3 PT, 1 PTA, Rehabilitation Technician support team and therapy scheduler. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved curriculum. Valid Wisconsin Physical Therapist license. Current infant‑adult BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Orthopedic clinical certification (OCS) is desired. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience or internship is preferred. Credentialing with Gundersen before start date. What You’ll Get Competitive salary starting at $80,225, based on experience.
