About the Position Physician Assistant – General Practice, Lynwood, CA. Full‑time position at JWCH Institute, Inc. Clinic open Monday‑Friday 8a.m. to 5p.m. 40‑hour work week. 8 hours sick time 11 paid holidays Responsibilities Deliver primary and preventive health care services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses medical, social, and emotional needs of patients. Engage in health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention activities to improve community health outcomes. Qualifications Current, unrestricted PA license in California. Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Current and unrestricted DEA certificate. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
