Your Impact Curate and merchandise resort listings within the Club Vacatia app, ensuring photography, descriptions, amenities, resort details, and SEO metadata are accurate, complete, and engaging Own listing quality throughout its lifecycle—from onboarding new resort content to regularly auditing existing listings for accuracy and completeness Partner directly with resort teams to gather, verify, and refresh photography, amenities, and property information Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve how resort content is presented and enhance the overall customer experience Maintain consistent content standards and brand quality across all resort listings Identify opportunities to improve listing quality, organization, and discoverability through continuous optimization Ensure customers always have access to trustworthy, up‑to‑date information that helps them confidently book their next stay What You Bring Relevant experience in content merchandising, digital content management, e‑commerce, marketplace listings, hospitality, travel, marketing, or a related field Recent graduates with strong internship or hands‑on experience are encouraged to apply Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities to improve content quality Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across both internal teams and external resort partners A proactive, ownership‑oriented mindset with the commitment to delivering high‑quality work Passion for hospitality, travel, customer experience, and creating exceptional digital experiences Nice to Have Experience working with content management systems (CMS), merchandising platforms, or digital publishing tools Experience creating or managing marketing content that drives customer engagement and conversion Background in hospitality, travel, vacation rentals, or marketplace platforms Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital merchandising principles Join Us Join Vacatia and help create the digital experiences that inspire unforgettable vacations.
