- Lead design and development of our booking engine, CRM integrations, and web portal using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, marketing, spa staff) to translate business needs into scalable software solutions
- Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and maintain documentation
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize our services for reliability and performance
- Stay up to date on Java ecosystem trends and spa-tech best practices
- Located in (or willing to relocate to) the Austin area
- 3+ years' experience as a Java Developer, with Spring framework proficiency
- Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, relational databases (MySQL/Postgres), and ORM (Hibernate)
- Familiarity with CRM concepts and third-party integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
