Overview

This Project Manager will support the Remote Site Technology portfolio , managing IT infrastructure and technology initiatives across client resorts, sales centers, and remote locations throughout North America. The role is focused on delivering projects that support physical locations and business operations, not software development or pure application projects.

Top Candidate Profile

Must Have:

• 5-8+ years of IT Project Management experience (more is acceptable if compensation expectations align).
• Strong PM fundamentals with proven experience managing:
  • Scope
  • Schedule
  • Risks
  • Stakeholders
  • Dependencies
  • Project financials
• Experience in organizations with mature PMO governance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Highly Preferred:

• Hospitality industry experience:
  • Hotels
  • Resorts
  • Restaurants
  • Retail/store environments
• Experience supporting physical locations and site-based technology.

Types of Projects

The PM will manage projects such as:

• Wi-Fi upgrades
• Network infrastructure initiatives
• MDF/IDF builds and upgrades
• PBX/phone system implementations
• Door lock replacements
• TV system deployments
• New sales center openings
• Resort technology upgrades
• Site remodels and renovations
• Site closures

This is not a software delivery PM role. Candidates should have infrastructure/site technology experience.
