CON Parenteral Operations Support (Night Shift) Location: Concord, NC Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts | 2-2-3 Rotation Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr About the Opportunity We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team as a CON Parenteral Operations Support professional. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting sterile manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are available for production, maintaining cleanroom standards, and following strict quality and compliance procedures. Responsibilities Support sterile manufacturing operations by loading and unloading production materials. Transfer materials into classified cleanroom environments using established Material Air Lock (MAL) procedures. Perform routine and deep cleaning of manufacturing areas, equipment, and classified spaces. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP requirements, and all documentation practices. Operate walkie stackers and other material handling equipment safely. Inspect incoming materials for damage and verify proper labeling. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to cleanroom gowning procedures. Maintain accurate cleaning logs and operational documentation. Assist with maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree required. Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or another fast‑paced production environment. Examples include food and beverage manufacturing, packaging, logistics, industrial manufacturing, or similar operations. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in PPE and cleanroom environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures. Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality. Team‑oriented with a willingness to learn and receive training. Preferred Qualifications Previous pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. Experience working in GMP or other regulated manufacturing environments.
