What We Offer:

• $35 to $50/hr base pay , set on your license tenure and experience
• Commission on the work you complete , on top of base. Our top performers earn well past their hourly. We'll walk you through the exact structure on the first call, and we're open to talking hourly + commission, higher base with lower commission, or a straight commission plan. You'll Be a Fit If:

• You hold a current Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license (required)
• You have 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing
• You have a valid driver's license and clean background
• You value customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 to $140,000.00 (un-capped) per year
Schedule: Day shift | Monday to Friday | Optional overtime
Compensation: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour base, plus commission and performance bonuses
