Licensed Therapist

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Mental Health Counselor collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Mental Health Counselor provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.


Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
• Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required
• Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
