Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor
Proven success leading multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
Strong experience with budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
Ability to lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
Self-motivated professional with a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
