The company specializes in recycling, processing, warehousing, and distribution operations and is known for its strong customer relationships, quality products, and exceptional service.Position SummaryThe Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of a warehouse and processing facility with approximately 40 employees. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and frontline operations, ensuring effective communication, accountability, and operational excellence across the site.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience managing warehouse, logistics, distribution, or industrial operations environments.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of 20+ warehouse and operations employeesDrive communication between executive leadership and facility personnelOversee shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution activitiesCoordinate daily transportation and delivery schedulesEnsure compliance with safety and operational proceduresManage employee performance, coaching, and disciplinary mattersImprove operational efficiency and workflow processesSupport customer service and on-time delivery objectivesPartner with leadership on staffing, workforce planning, and facility performanceQualifications5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial operationsExperience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced environmentBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredStrong employee relations and leadership skillsKnowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operationsExperience with safety programs and workforce managementAbility to balance strategic priorities with daily operational executionBenefitsHealthcare benefitsPerformance-based bonus opportunityLong-term growth potential with an established organization
