Team Leader

Chick-fil-A - - Responsibilities: Support senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for Operational Excellence and Chick-fil-A's standards; Open or close the restaurant 2-3 times a week and lead small break-out teams of 3-6 people; Provide excellent hospitality to customers and lead by example; Delegate, enforce policy, ensure accountability, and coachable leadership; Develop and coach team members to meet brand standards and perform at their best
