Come be with us.Job DescriptionThe Role: Med/Surg Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on 1 WestProvides patient care under the supervision of an RN in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.The Opportunity:This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic CNA to join our team of highly skilled professionals on our fast-paced CardioPulmonary Med/Surg unit, 1 West, at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta.This position is 30 hours per week on the night shift (7p-7a), with rotating weekend and holiday requirements. You will work three 12-hour shifts one week and two 12-hour shifts the next.The Work:Performs basic patient care activities within the scope of practice. Assists patients with meeting their emotional, physical, and spiritual needsGreets patients and visitors. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls.
