- Source and attract candidates by using various job boards, professional networks, and other tools.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates for suitability.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and close deals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay current on market trends and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification from a recognized HR or recruitment association preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.
- Proven ability to source and place top-notch candidates in a variety of industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
