Job Recruiter Responsibilities & Duties

• Source and attract candidates by using various job boards, professional networks, and other tools.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates for suitability.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates.
• Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and close deals.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Stay current on market trends and industry best practices.

Job Recruiter Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Certification from a recognized HR or recruitment association preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.
• Proven ability to source and place top-notch candidates in a variety of industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Fully remote or hybrid position

Pay: $75,000 with bonus potential
