Lifeguard

Skills and Knowledge Minimum age requirement of 15 years old. Current Lifeguard Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as the American Red Cross or equivalent. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. Ability to pass required lifeguard skills and swimming tests. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong observation and decision‑making skills. Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations. Ability to communicate clearly with patrons and staff. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependability and strong sense of responsibility. Physical Requirements Ability to swim proficiently and perform water rescues. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining focus.
