Partner Development Associate

Driven and energetic, the full-time remote Partner Development Associate will manage outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts, identifying and nurturing high-quality opportunities for Partner Development Managers while achieving monthly demo booking goals. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, and creative outreach to generate leads Collaborate with Partner Development Managers to design and implement effective prospecting strategies Achieve and exceed monthly demo booking goals while mastering the Ellevation product suite and lead-generation process Required qualifications 0-2 years of experience in education, sales, business development, or a customer-facing role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a metrics-driven environment Comfort with high-volume phone and email outreach, with a willingness to experiment with new strategies Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus Genuine interest in education and improving outcomes for multilingual learners
