Provide consistent, equitable feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary.Direct the operational activities within warehouse settings. This includes conducting operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes, and safety regulations. Oversee the accurate implementation of work schedules and ensure the quality completion of tasks.Administer the scheduling of employee time-offs, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Generate and distribute various reports essential for daily operations.Maintain the safety of the facility and uphold the integrity of the inventory.QualificationsA bachelor's Degree is preferredAt least 2 years of experience in 3PL warehouse management and team management.Profound knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of logistics service providers.Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities.Fluent in both English and Mandarin.Pay Rate: From $84,000 from yearJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
